Supervising and conducting internal audits across all restaurants, guest services, inventory management, Bars and accounting functions.

• Preparing the weekly Night audit schedule.
• Balancing restaurant revenues with night auditors and reconcile all fees with payment records.
• Reviewing payroll systems and financial transactions to detect and prevent any fraud, manipulation, or mismanagement of funds.
• Effective assessment of internal controls in food and beverage operations and ensuring compliance with company policies regarding cost control, budgeting, and pricing.
• Developing internal audit strategies and audit plans in line with company policies.
• Providing training for night auditors on best practices for internal controls, compliance, and fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that cybersecurity measures are in place to protect sensitive financial and guest data.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within Nightlife, the Fine dining Restaurants is a Must.
• Understanding of the operational challenges and unique risks associated with Boats operations.
• Familiarity with relevant auditing software such as (Comsys, the sun, or other industry-specific platforms).
• Ability to lead audits, manage teams, and develop a strategic approach to risk management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
