Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote company projects and brand presence.
-Manage both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, paid ads, email marketing, and outdoor advertising.
-Collaborate with the sales and management teams to design effective lead generation strategies.
-Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, property presentations, and website content.
-Plan and execute project launches, events, and exhibitions to maximize exposure.
-Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, media, and advertising partners for branding and promotional activities.
-Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
-Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and ROI.
-Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience — preferably in a real estate developer or brokerage firm.
-Strong understanding of real estate branding, digital marketing, and property promotions.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
-Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM tools, and CRM systems.
-Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
