Job Title: Charge Nurse Home Care (Abu Dhabi)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Nurse to manage our home care services in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of nurses, ensuring high-quality care for our patients while handling administrative duties, documentation, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage multiple nurses in the home care setting

• Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care

• Handle all administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and coordination

• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate and timely documentation

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in their daily tasks

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans

Requirements:

• Must have a valid DOH (Department of Health) license or eligibility for Abu Dhabi

• Proven experience in home care nursing and team management

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and documentation

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities
