Qualifications Diploma / Graduate
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the nursing staff and daily nursing operations
Ensure proper patient care and nursing standards are followed
Coordinate with doctors and hospital management for patient treatment plans
Maintain nursing schedules, duty rosters, and staff allocation
Monitor patient records, reports, and medication administration
Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control procedures are followed
Train and guide junior nurses and new staff
Requirements:
Degree in Nursing with relevant experience
Experience in handling a nursing team
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies
Good communication and leadership skills
Immediate joiner

Willing to relocate in Al Ain
