Apply International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and ensure full compliance with Egyptian tax laws across all accounting operations.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with high accuracy and professionalism.
Lead and oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll activities.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting requirements.
Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, providing actionable financial insights to support decision-making.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and smooth audit processes.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Support strategic planning and business development initiatives through detailed financial analysis and recommendations.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role as a Chief Accountant within industrial companies.
• Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and their practical application.
• Tax Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and tax return procedures.
• Financial Reporting: Advanced experience in preparing financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) and performing related financial analyses.
• Leadership & Management: Ability to lead, guide, and train a team of accountants effectively.
• Technical Skills: Preferably experienced with Odoo or other ERP systems.
