Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.

• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and budget forecasts for executive leadership.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights.
• Oversee tax planning, preparation, and filing to optimize the company s tax position.
• Drive the implementation of accounting systems and technology upgrades to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Proven track record of managing accounting teams and overseeing complex financial operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Odoo system.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
