Roles & Responsibilities

As Head of Acquisition, you will own the entire growth and performance marketing strategy. You will lead both paid and organic acquisition channels, optimise marketing efficiency metrics and build robust tracking and automation systems to support long-term scalability.

Paid Acquisition Strategy & Performance Marketing Leadership Responsibilities

  • Paid Acquisition: Lead the strategy and execution for paid acquisition channels, including Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Growth Optimisation: Focus on optimising CAC, LTV, and MER to scale efficiently and profitably.
  • Organic Strategy: Build and implement a scalable organic acquisition strategy, leveraging SEO, YouTube, and email marketing.
  • Tracking & Attribution: Own the full tracking and attribution process to ensure reliable, actionable data across paid and organic channels.
  • Automation & Systems: Oversee marketing automation systems and technical infrastructure to eliminate friction and drive smooth lead flow.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Make strategic decisions based on data, ensuring continuous optimisation of acquisition channels.

Head of Acquisition Requirements

  • Experienced in acquisition or performance marketing, with expertise in managing significant budgets (ideally >€100k/month).
  • Advanced knowledge of tracking and attribution tools like GA4, Hyros, GTM (server-side), and ActiveCampaign.
  • Experience with paid channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to optimise channels for maximum ROI.
  • A track record of scaling acquisition strategies and building data-driven, reliable systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Given the company s audience and market positioning, the successful candidate must be confident operating in French across paid acquisition, content strategy and performance marketing environments. This is a strategic leadership role within a premium programme and infopreneur ecosystem. It is not an execution-only position.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the acquisition engine, building systems, leading optimisation and scaling sustainable revenue growth.
