As the Head of Admission, you will play a crucial role in shaping the school s first impressions and will be responsible for building strong relationships with families, guiding them through the enrollment journey, and promoting our educational values and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective students and families to the school.
• Manage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants and their families.
• Promote the school through various channels, including open houses, school tours, community events, and digital marketing.
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to align admission goals with the school s strategic priorities.
• Analyze application trends, enrollment data, and market research to inform admission strategies and enhance processes.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with current families, alumni, and community partners to foster a positive school environment.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure prospective families receive accurate information about the school's curriculum, programs, and culture.
