Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all manufacturing operations within the aluminum joinery workshop, from the receipt of raw materials to the exit of finished products, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality requirements and safety standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise workshop production (Organization, Productivity)
- Read and interpret technical plans and adapt production to the needs of the construction sites.
- To supervise and lead the production teams
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Technical training in aluminium joinery, metal fabrication or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an aluminium joinery workshop, including team management.
