Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the architectural department, ensuring alignment with AZURE s vision and standards of design excellence.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Supervise the planning, design, and execution of multiple architectural projects from concept through completion.
- Establish and enforce best practices, quality control, and compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes, efficiency, and project outcomes.
- Represent the department in executive meetings, providing strategic input and reporting on departmental performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and materials in architecture to maintain AZURE s competitive edge.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client engagements.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of proven experience in architectural leadership or management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire architectural teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful delivery of complex architectural projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience working in a hybrid (on-site and remote) workplace arrangement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
