Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for providing strategic oversight of our Client's building infrastructure, facilities, and maintenance programs. The role ensures that all building development and maintenance activities align with the company's operational requirements, safety standards, and long-term business objectives, and provides governance, sets strategic priorities, drives infrastructure optimisation, and ensures that facilities support operational efficiency, employee experience, and corporate standards.
Key Requirements
Minimum 11 years experience in Building Development, Facilities, Maintenance
Minimum 5 years in a managerial / leadership role
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- Proven experience across commercial, industrial, or multi site environments
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and governance capability
- Experience in capital projects, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement
- Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal & written)
Technical Knowledge
Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, layouts, utilities, MEP, HVAC, fire & life safety, and infrastructure services
- Strong understanding of preventive & corrective maintenance programs, asset lifecycle planning, and reliability principles
- Familiarity with HSE standards, statutory compliance, and risk control for contractors and outsourced labor
- Experience with facility design review, space planning, office accommodation, and workplace optimisation
- Exposure to capital project planning, infrastructure upgrades, and sustainability / efficiency initiatives
- Ability to support events, temporary structures, and special projects in coordination with corporate functions
- Competence in performance reporting, dash-boarding, and continuous improvement initiatives
Education & Credentials
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (mandatory)
CCM or PMP certification
