Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company s business development strategy
Identify new business opportunities and market segments
Build relationships with corporate clients, government entities, financial institutions, brokers, and strategic partners
Supervise marketing and communication activities
Coordinate with underwriting, claims, finance, and branch operations
Lead business acquisition and retention initiatives
Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events
Prepare periodic performance and activity reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8 10 years of experience in insurance business development, marketing, underwriting, or corporate relationship management
- Strong knowledge of insurance operations and insurance products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English and Arabic; Kurdish is an advantage
