Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategy, Planning, and Program Development Lead the annual and seasonal planning of all camp and seasonal programs (including summer camps, winter and Christmas camps, mid-year breaks, weekend camps, and special thematic programs) across all Innovvette brands. Define camp themes, formats, duration, age segmentation, and delivery models in collaboration with the Camp Education Trainer and the Enrichment Program Manager. Develop standardized camp frameworks, toolkits, schedules, and implementation guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across centers and external venues. Continuously assess market trends, parent needs, and competitor offerings to inform program innovation and differentiation.

2. Program Implementation & Operations Oversee end-to-end execution of camps across all locations, ensuring smooth operational delivery, staffing readiness, safety compliance, and quality control. Coordinate closely with Enrichment Coordinators and Center Management teams to ensure readiness, alignment, and effective on-ground execution. Develop and oversee standardized staffing models for all camps and seasonal programs, defining required roles, staff-to-child ratios, and deployment structures based on program type, age group, and enrollment size. Ensure effective staffing planning and coordination for all camps, including allocation of internal staff, seasonal hires, and external instructors, while maintaining quality standards, operational efficiency, and cost control. Design and oversee mandatory pre-camp training and briefing processes for all camp staff, ensuring consistent understanding of program objectives, daily schedules, activity flows, safety procedures, and expected quality standards. Ensure that all staff assigned to camps internal, seasonal, or external are adequately trained and certified as camp-ready prior to deployment, reducing reliance on individual experience and ensuring system-led delivery. Manage operational logistics including materials, space utilization, daily schedules, and contingency planning. Ensure that all camps meet Innovvette s standards for child safeguarding, health, safety, and parent experience.

3. Financial & Performance Management

Own budget planning and financial performance for the camps and seasonal programs portfolio. Set revenue targets, cost benchmarks, and operational KPIs for each camp cycle. Review enrollment thresholds, pricing assumptions, and cost structures to ensure financial viability of each camp cycle. Monitor performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve profitability and efficiency. Prepare post-camp performance reports, including financial results, enrollment analysis, and operational learnings.

4. External Expansion & Partnerships (Camps Focus) Identify and pursue opportunities to deliver camps and seasonal programs in external schools, clubs, malls, corporate venues, and partner locations under Innovvette brands. Collaborate with the Business Development team on deal structuring, scheduling, and execution for external camps. Adapt camp delivery models to suit external venues while maintaining brand integrity and quality standards. Support negotiations and proposal development related to camp delivery, as needed.

5. Marketing, Communication, Enrollment & Parent Experience

  • Knowledge, skills and abilities: Strong understanding of experiential, play-based, and informal learning environments. Proven ability to plan and manage complex, multi-site programs with seasonal intensity. Solid financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent command of English is required; proficiency in French and/or German is considered an asset. Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons while maintaining quality and attention to detail. High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
  • Bachelor s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in camps management, enrichment programs, informal education, or large-scale children s programs. Demonstrated experience managing seasonal or project-based programs across multiple locations. Experience working with children aged early years through primary school. Prior exposure to external program delivery (schools, clubs, community venues, or corporate programs) is a strong advantage. Experience working in a multi-brand or multi-site organization is preferred.
