Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote the commercial function of the Works Department.
- To prospect the market.
- Research and finalize the workload plan
- Remove the specifications.
- Study the specifications and the feasibility of the offer.
- Identify the client's needs and meet their requirements.
- Gather all useful information for the study of the offer (plans, site visit)
- Participate in the development of the prices that make up the bid
- Establish, study and update the database of sub-retail prices
- Ensure that bid bonds are in place.
- Prepare the technical and financial offer.
- Ensure the transmission of the offer after its finalization.
- Assist in opening the folds.
- To become fully involved in the integrated management system.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Civil/Construction Engineer +05 years of professional experience in the commercial field.
- Business Engineer + 3 years of professional experience.
