WHERE WE ARE

Egypt, Japan, UAE, Georgia, Nigeria, Liberia

Location: New Cairo, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (3-month probation period, no salary reduction)
Start Date: Negotiable (candidates available for immediate start are highly welcomed)
Base Salary: USD 2,000 per month
Salary Payment: Monthly, paid on the 15th of the following month via bank transfer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop new business initiatives through market research and competitive analysis
• Lead CEO-directed projects, including new business ventures, organizational restructuring, and digital transformation (DX) initiatives
• Manage progress across multiple departments, including KPI design, monitoring, and reporting
• Serve as a cross-departmental coordinator, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring effective collaboration

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to work in Egypt (New Cairo)
• Fluent in Japanese and Arabic (both required)
• English proficiency is a plus
• Proficiency in basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Remote Work: Not available
• Days Off: Friday and Saturday
• Paid Leave: 15 days annually (extended leave up to 14 consecutive days allowed)
• Additional Holidays: 10 days Christmas vacation

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Review & Bonus: Twice a year (based on individual and company performance)
• Commuting Expenses: Fully covered
• Work Equipment: Company laptop provided
• Special Condition: In case of employment cancellation, one month s salary will be compensated

This role is a strategic leadership position, directly supporting the CEO and driving key corporate initiatives in Egypt. We are seeking a proactive, bilingual professional who can navigate across cultures and industries to foster new opportunities and organizational growth.
