Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of CSR strategies aligned with Al-Qadsiah Club s values and long-term goals.

  • Program Development & Management: Design, manage, and evaluate community outreach, sustainability initiatives, and social responsibility projects.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal leaders, local communities, NGOs, government entities, and key partners.

  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budgeting, allocation, and tracking of CSR expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Monitoring & Reporting: Define metrics, track impact, and deliver regular reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the CSR team; set goals, coach performance, and foster a high-performance culture.

  • Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensure initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and best practices.

  • Public Relations & Advocacy: Represent the club in CSR events and media; champion Al-Qadsiah Club s social responsibility agenda.

  • Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and execute environmental programs (e.g., waste reduction, energy efficiency, responsible sourcing).


Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field.

  • Preferred: Master s degree in Sustainability, CSR, Management, or a related area.

  • 7 10 years in CSR, corporate sustainability, or related fields with a proven leadership track record managing CSR programs.

  • Experience in the sports or entertainment sector is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated project management experience, including budget oversight, strategic planning, and execution.

  • Strong leadership and team management; able to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; effective with senior management, external partners, and diverse communities.

  • Analytical ability to assess programs, measure impact, and report outcomes.

  • Strategic thinking and problem solving with a hands-on approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time effectively.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of corporate governance and sustainability standards.

  • Preferred: Professional certifications in CSR, sustainability, or corporate ethics (e.g., CSR-P, LEED, Sustainability Reporting, or similar recognized credentials).

  • Direct experience within the sports industry (clubs or organizations).

  • Familiarity with international CSR best practices, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) .

  • Multilingual capabilities (especially Arabic and English ).

  • Experience in crisis management or handling public relations during controversy.

  • Demonstrated passion for sports, community engagement, and sustainability.
