Foreground is partnering with an innovative FinTech organisation in Dubai to appoint a Head of Customer Experience who will elevate the end-to-end user journey across digital platforms. The company is scaling rapidly and requires a leader who can design seamless customer interactions, enhance service models, and embed a data-driven approach to CX improvement.
We are seeking a CX professional with strong digital experience, ideally from FinTech, e-commerce, or technology-led industries. The ideal candidate must be proficient in journey mapping, service design, customer analytics, and continuous improvement.
