Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Responsible for D-end operations management, particularly in fulfillment and delivery management under crowd-sourcing and franchise models, providing professional guidance and support.
2.Develop and execute fulfillment and delivery strategies to ensure service quality and efficiency.
3.Lead new business development from 0 to 1, driving the growth of D-end business.
4.Coordinate cross-departmental resources to optimize fulfillment processes and enhance operational efficiency.
5.Manage and develop the team, promoting effective collaboration and achievement of performance goals.
Key Strategist for D-End Operations:
1.Responsible for formulating fulfillment and delivery strategies for the D-end, managing riders and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
2.Provide data analysis support to optimize delivery processes and efficiency.
3.Participate in the development and implementation of new businesses to enhance business competitiveness.
4.Support team efforts and collaborate to promote cross-departmental cooperation.

1.Team Management Skills (Applicable to Leadership Positions): Possesses team management experience, capable of recruiting, motivating, and developing team members. Has successfully built and managed high-performance teams, with a deep understanding of organizational development and talent growth.
2.Experience in Fulfillment and Delivery Strategy Formulation and Rider Management: Familiar with fulfillment and delivery management under crowd-sourcing and franchise models.
3.Deep Understanding of Fulfillment and Delivery Business: Has experience in developing new business from 0 to 1.
4.Strong Strategic Planning, Logical Thinking, Communication, Coordination, and Resource Integration Skills: Able to deeply analyze problems and propose effective solutions, effectively promoting team collaboration.
5.Results-Oriented: Possesses strong self-motivation, learning ability, and resilience. Capable of drawing experience from various fields and applying it quickly, adapting to market uncertainties, and daring to innovate and break through.
