Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the daily dealing and execution function

  • Monitor spreads, order book depth, and liquidity across all trading pairs
  • Coordinate with market makers to ensure performance, uptime, and spread commitments
  • Monitor for unusual trading patterns and escalate anomalies where necessary
  • Support compliance by contributing to trade surveillance, reporting, and regulatory readiness
  • Collaborate with technology teams during trading incidents to restore stable operations
  • Prepare daily and weekly dealing performance reports for senior management
  • Improve dealing procedures, controls, and risk frameworks as trading activity scales
  • Support new token listings from a liquidity and execution perspective
  • Align with risk teams on trading limits, exposure monitoring, and market stability

Desired Candidate Profile

3 5 years of experience in a dealing, execution, or market operations role within a crypto exchange

  • Strong understanding of order books, matching engines, and crypto market microstructure
  • Experience working directly with market makers and liquidity providers
  • Ability to use market data tools, dashboards, and trading analytics systems
  • Experience monitoring spreads, slippage, and execution quality
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate under live-market pressure
  • Clear communication skills and ability to report to senior leadership

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

  • Relevant trading or financial market certifications are a plus
