Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Head of Debt Collection
- Supervise and coordinate the debt collection team
- Implement and monitor amicable and legal debt recovery procedures
- Track unpaid invoices and analyze payment delays
- Follow up with clients and negotiate payment deadlines
- Prepare dashboards and recovery monitoring reports
- Propose actions to improve the recovery rate and cash flow
- Minimum professional experience of two (02) years in the field
- Desired skills in administration, finance, and accounting
- Valid driver's license
