Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Head of Debt Collection
Main tasks:
- To monitor and recover customer receivables
- Establish and monitor debt collection procedures
- Negotiate with clients to reduce payment delays
- Analyze customer accounts and propose corrective actions
- Produce regular reports on the status of receivables
Collaborating with internal teams
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
- University degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of debt collection and receivables management techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in computer and reporting tools
