Roles & Responsibilities

The Head of Department - Commerce will be responsible for leading and managing the Commerce department, ensuring outstanding teaching standards, curriculum development, and student achievement. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving academic success while supporting staff professional development within the framework of the UK curriculum.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years teaching experience in Mathematics at secondary/high school level
  • Proven leadership or management experience within an educational setting
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Commerce
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire students and staff with innovative teaching methods
  • Competence in data analysis to monitor student progress effectively
  • Proficient with educational technology tools relevant to mathematics instruction
