Roles & Responsibilities

Missions

Development and monitoring of strategic projects with the General Management

Assist the General Management in preparing various reports within the framework of its assigned missions.

Perform all related tasks requested by the General Management.

To act as a liaison between the General Management and the various departments of the institution

Prepares agendas in consultation with the General Management, respects deadlines for submitting documents before meetings, takes notes during meetings and writes meeting minutes

To lead multidisciplinary teams working on studies initiated by the General Management

Profile

Advanced degree (Master's level) in management, finance, auditing, controlling, law, or business administration, with 5 to 8 years of proven experience in a similar or strategic role, ideally in the financial or leasing sector.

Good command of internal processes, governance, institutional management and cross-functional project management

Ability to develop and analyze complex files: strategic studies, activity reports, summary notes

Excellent understanding of legal, financial, and organizational aspects

Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internal communication

Excellent writing skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, rigor and discernment

Good interpersonal skills, a sense of coordination, team spirit, loyalty and professional discretion
