Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Develop and implement design strategies that align with our lending products and business objectives.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

Advocate for user experience across the organization, promoting a customer-centric approach.

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into our design processes.

Create and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all lending products.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in leading design teams within the financial services industry or related fields.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, particularly in lending or financial products.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and methodologies.

Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive user experiences.

Familiarity with Sharia-compliant financial products and Islamic finance principles.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
