Roles & Responsibilities

THE MANDATE: Reporting to the CEO of this new entity, you will take the reins of the marketing strategy and monetization of a multi-service application ecosystem deployed across several dozen countries.

As a true Business Owner , your goal is to transform a massive audience into recurring revenue, by managing both the offering and the performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES S CL S

  • Offer & Pricing Strategy: Design and deploy a roadmap of innovative digital services. You define the product mix and economic models.

  • Performance Management (P&L): You are responsible for traffic acquisition, retention, and revenue generation across the entire area. You manage the business as an autonomous profit center.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Functionally guide the digital directors of local subsidiaries to ensure a consistent and rapid deployment of offerings, while respecting local specificities.

  • Management & Build: Lead a central team of experts (Product Owners, Marketing Managers) and work in symbiosis with the technical teams based at headquarters to align developments with business needs.

  • DNA: More than a marketer, you are a digital business developer. You have proven experience in managing revenue on transactional platforms.

  • Experience: You have worked within rapidly growing scale-ups or large groups that have successfully completed their digital transformation. Experience in the EMEA region is a decisive asset.

  • Expertise: You master the metrics of the digital economy (CAC, LTV, Churn, GMV) and know how to communicate with technical teams (Agile/Product) as well as with General Management.

  • Soft skills: Diplomatic and strategic, you know how to navigate complex matrix organizations to create buy-in and move your projects forward.

  • Languages: Fluent French and English required.
