Roles & Responsibilities

A leading Saudi national organisation is undergoing a major digital transformation programme and requires a senior technology leader to drive enterprise-wide digitisation across core business functions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise digital transformation strategy and programme delivery.
Drive ERP, cloud migration, and data platform initiatives.
Partner with business unit leaders to embed digital capabilities.
Manage a team of digital architects, programme managers, and change leads.
Requirements
12+ years in digital transformation leadership, ideally within the GCC.
Proven experience with large-scale ERP or cloud migration programmes.
Strong Arabic language skills required.
Track record building high-performance technology teams.
