Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the ELV Technical Office, overseeing all technical operations and project deliverables.
Develop, review, and approve ELV system designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with project objectives.
Supervise the preparation of technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals for ELV systems.
Provide expert guidance on the integration of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and structured cabling.
Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards within the technical office.
Mentor and develop the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and select appropriate ELV technologies and products.
Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and progress updates to senior management and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
7 10 years of ELV technical office experience
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and ELV design tools
Mandatory third party certifications (BICSI, KNX, Avixa CTS, Cisco, etc.)
