Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Controls and manage the strategic and operational management of buildings, plants, distribution centers, Stores & facilities to ensure the proper and efficient operation of all its physical aspects, creating, sustaining safe and productive environments for residents& labors.
- Establishes Full Facilities management plans (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Catering) and track the corrective action to make sure the SLA achieved for in house team and outsourcing companies.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues, check electrical and mechanical systems for the buildings and retail branches to ensure functionality.
- Allocate workload for the Supervisors.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary in addition to controlling maintenance budget and expenses.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Obtain and follow up of the maintenance logs updated and prepare the daily activity reports.
- Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
- Manage the procurement and contract processes, direct the work with consultants and contractors.
- Assign and classify space according to standards and procedures.
- Maintains information or data on new constructions, renovations, and various remodeling.
- Design and implement new procedures to cover projects.
- Establish budgets for renovation and new projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture, civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 7 - 12 years in the engineering field.
- Relevant industry experiences a plus.
- Working knowledge of Procurement.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
