The key objectives for this role are:

The Head of Engineering drives the delivery of engineering excellence in their assigned business grouping through:

• Drives and assures delivery excellence in engineering across assigned business grouping. Accountable for functional management and development of engineering resources and governance of engineering practices and procedures. Provide leadership to Heads of Discipline, and have functional oversight of the performance of all engineering in their assigned business grouping
• The Head of Engineering leads by example, consistently displaying and enforcing the Company s values and behaviours, role modelling commitment to the highest standards of safe and ethical behaviour and creating an inclusive work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree as a minimum in a relevant engineering discipline

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 25 years of experience in Onshore and Offshore Mega Projects (Capex of over 2 billion USD)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a multi disciplinary engineering team as the Head of Engineering
• Experience in ASSESS, Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Design stages of projects
• Extensive experience in engineering management of projects with over 250K manhours
• Experience in working with ADNOC, Qatar Energy, KNPC, KOC, BGC, BP and Shell
• Expert-level understanding of discipline engineering tools, processes, and technologies
• Strong understanding of client business drivers
• Proven experience in developing and leading high-performing engineering teams
