Job Description
-Lead the English department strategy, curriculum planning, and yearly action plan.
-Coach teachers through lesson observations, feedback, and training support.
-Ensure high-quality planning, delivery, assessment, and internal moderation.
-Track student performance data and implement interventions to raise outcomes.
-Ensure consistency in teaching standards, classroom practices, and resources.
-Manage department meetings, reporting, and communication with leadership.
-Support school-wide events, literacy initiatives, and cross-curricular projects.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience as an overall. with 3-5 years as a head
- Full proficiency in English
