Skills and Qualifications:
- Master s Degree in English, Education, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience with proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Common Core curriculum.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead curriculum development and implement effective teaching strategies across all grade levels.
- Experience in mentoring teachers and managing departmental activities.

- Experience in UAE inception

-Should have clear working knowledge of Observation
