Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to gather detailed project information for accurate cost estimation
• Develop, maintain, and expand the in-house cost database, ensuring alignment with prevailing market conditions
• Source and analyse pricing data, supporting cost assessments and commercial negotiations
• Establish best practices and protocols for cost estimating, including regular updates and revisions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant UAE regulations impacting project costs
• Actively participate in tendering processes, including bid evaluation and assessment of tender submissions
