Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the EYFS department, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning
- Oversee curriculum planning in line with UK EYFS standards
- Support, mentor, and develop teaching staff
- Monitor student progress and ensure high-quality learning outcomes
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for young learners
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of EYFS to join a well-established international school offering education from KG through to Secondary level. The school delivers a broad and engaging curriculum, with strong emphasis on holistic development and high-quality teaching and learning.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a passionate early years educator to lead and develop the EYFS department, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and child development.
Requirements:
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge and experience of the UK EYFS curriculum
- Master s degree in Education or NPQH (preferred)
- Proven leadership experience in Early Years settings
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
