Roles & Responsibilities

The Head of Family Integration and Development will:

  • Create and lead a structured development ecosystem for family members from:

    • school age

    • university stage

    • early career

    • leadership/succession readiness

  • Ensure family members are aligned with company values, leadership expectations, and future business continuity goals.

  • Build learning journeys using:

    • sister companies

    • internships

    • mentoring

    • external institutions

    • leadership academies

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Programme Development
  • Establish the entire Family Learning & Development function from scratch.

  • Create:

    • governance frameworks

    • KPIs

    • budgets

    • development pathways

  • Align development plans with succession planning and business strategy.

Learning & Leadership Development
  • Design programmes for:

    • children/school-age exposure

    • university students

    • early-career family members

    • future leaders

  • Introduce:

    • mentoring

    • cross-company rotations

    • experiential learning

    • project-based learning

Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with:

    • Chairman

    • CEOs

    • HR teams

    • family members

    • sister companies

    • universities and institutions

  • Act as the central coordination point for all family development initiatives.

Partnerships & External Engagement
  • Collaborate with:

    • academic institutions

    • leadership academies

    • external development partners

  • Benchmark programmes against leading global family businesses and institutions.

Reporting & Governance
  • Track leadership readiness and succession pipelines.

  • Provide dashboards and progress reports to leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile Education
  • Bachelor s degree required.

  • Certifications in coaching, leadership development, or talent management are a plus.

Experience
  • 15+ years in:

    • Learning & Development

    • Leadership Development

    • Family Office Development

  • Strong experience working with senior leadership and complex stakeholder environments.
