Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and support business objectives.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws, compliance, and audit processes.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Very good in the English language (spoken and written).
