Job Role Description

• Lead financial system business solutions for all core applications in alignment with automation requirements for enhancement projects and initiatives.
• Oversee systems governance to ensure continual improvement and high data integrity, with adherence to technical design principles.
• Engage with the University Technology Services team on system solutions/ modifications to ensure appropriate alignment between technical solutions and business processes.
• Manage the availability and quality of running systems and applications.
• Provide technical expertise to design, develop, test, and implement new or modified system applications.
• Identify and review major system-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Monitor internal controls, including access to financial systems to ensure effective controls that protect the data information; ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
