The Head of Fleet Sales is responsible for driving sales of Mercedes-Benz vehicles to corporate, leasing, and rental clients in Iraq. The role requires strong knowledge of the local market, established business networks, and proven ability to manage key accounts while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Identify and secure new fleet opportunities with corporations, leasing, and rental companies.

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients.

Provide customized mobility, pricing, and financing solutions.

Monitor competitor activities and fleet market trends in Iraq.

Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and finance to ensure excellent service delivery.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz standards and policies.

Qualifications

Must be Iraqi nationality.

Must have strong local business network and fleet sales experience in Iraq.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5 years experience in fleet or B2B sales, preferably in the automotive/premium sector.

Fluent in Arabic (required) ; English proficiency preferred; Kurdish is an advantage.

Valid driving license.
