Roles & Responsibilities

As Head of FP&A, you will build and lead a high-performing planning and analysis function, delivering clear insight and challenge to business performance. You ll partner with senior executives and lead the design of forward-looking models, dashboards, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan
  • Leading the financial modelling and scenario planning process
  • Delivering variance and trend analysis with clear business commentary
  • Designing and automating dashboards in Power BI
  • Providing commercial finance support to department heads and the CFO
  • Leading and mentoring a small team of analysts

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles

Strong track record of designing planning frameworks in fast-paced environments

Advanced financial modelling and Power BI and dashboard skills

Collaborative leader with strong business partnering experience

A qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is preferred
