• Ensure the optimization of costs and supply times

General resources management

• Ensure the proper functioning of the premises and equipment
• Supervise maintenance, cleaning and security services
• Manage office supplies and work equipment
• Monitor technical interventions and external service providers
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and premises organization rules
• Participate in the logistical and administrative management of internal needs

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
