Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and compliance of buildings.
- Supervise the moving or rearrangement of spaces.
- Supervise and coordinate external service providers (cleaning, security, reception, catering).
- Monitor general service contracts and negotiate renewals.
- Ensure the supply of supplies, furniture and consumables.
- to prepare and monitor the general services budget.
- Monitor reservation management (hotels, ticketing)
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +3) in management, economics or a related field.
- Significant and successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Dynamism, diligence, commitment, rigor and a sense of responsibility
- A good command of communication techniques
