Mission Description

Deploy and manage short, medium, and long-term action plans in line with the site's Master Plan, in order to optimize costs and service performance.

Ensure the management and optimization of the following areas:

Energy and fluid production and distribution (excluding drinking water);

Energy consumption;

Water and wastewater treatment;

Building and infrastructure maintenance

; Overhead crane and lifting equipment maintenance;

General cleaning and grounds maintenance; Waste

management;

Maintenance of internal networks, telephone lines and equipment (excluding production printers);

Maintenance of fire detection and protection systems.

Ensure the continuous alignment of operational plans with the actual needs of the site and adjust actions according to changes in the business environment.

Identify, manage, and deploy continuous improvement projects contributing to Green Factory objectives: reducing energy and water consumption, and decreasing CO2 emissions.

Ensure regulatory and legal compliance by conducting regular reviews of statutes, action plans, and performance indicators.

Guarantee adherence to the budget, monitor financial variances, and prioritize and optimize expenditures.

Manage relationships with authorities, service providers, and suppliers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.

Conduct regular performance reviews with internal teams and service providers, and define improvement and training plans. Identify

and escalate improvement opportunities requiring interdisciplinary collaboration, and work in close coordination with the Facility Technical Services Manager for the implementation of solutions.

Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in energy engineering, industrial engineering, maintenance, electromechanical engineering, or equivalent.

Proven experience in facility management, energy management, or management of outsourced technical services, ideally in an industrial environment.

Strong understanding of energy systems, technical infrastructure, and multi-technical maintenance.

Good knowledge of HSE and energy regulations and legal compliance requirements.

Demonstrated skills in budget management, cost optimization, and supplier negotiation.

Ability to manage service providers, analyze performance, and lead improvement plans.

Strong organizational skills, leadership, analytical thinking, and results-oriented.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
