Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Head of HR Training and Development Department
- Develop the training and HR development strategy in line with industrial and organizational objectives.
- Identify the needs in technical, managerial and talent development skills.
- Design and oversee training plans and development programs (internal mobility, succession, career management).
- To manage the implementation of programs in the factory and commercial sectors and to guarantee their effectiveness.
- Manage the training and HR development budget, optimizing resources.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- evaluate the results and propose areas for improvement.
- collaborate with operational departments
- D. Develop talent management and succession planning programs to anticipate the future needs of the company.
- To establish career paths for employees and support their development within the company.
- Measure the effectiveness of actions implemented via performance indicators (KPIs).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Management or related field.
- Significant experience (5+ years) in training management and HR development, including some experience in an industrial & commercial environment.
- Knowledge of production processes and HSE constraints.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- proficiency in HR software
