Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure payroll processing and monthly declarations are completed.
  • Participate in the recruitment process
  • Ensure the integration of new employees
  • Follow the training and skills development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Managing relationships with external organizations (CNAS, labor inspectorate)
  • Preparation of the HR dashboard and reporting (absenteeism, headcount, turnover)
  • Establish the training plan

  • Training in human resources, management or social law
  • Mastery of labor and social law
  • Proficiency in payroll software (DLG-ERP)
  • Proficient in computer skills
