Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure payroll processing and monthly declarations are completed.
- Participate in the recruitment process
- Ensure the integration of new employees
- Follow the training and skills development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Managing relationships with external organizations (CNAS, labor inspectorate)
- Preparation of the HR dashboard and reporting (absenteeism, headcount, turnover)
- Establish the training plan
- Training in human resources, management or social law
- Mastery of labor and social law
- Proficiency in payroll software (DLG-ERP)
- Proficient in computer skills
