Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Head of Human Resources Management
Taking charge of newly recruited staff
- Monitor the probationary periods of newly recruited or newly appointed staff.
- Establish the various staff decisions relating to administrative management
- Ensuring the proper maintenance of administrative files
- Prepare work certificates and attestations
- Monitor staff leave
- To receive leave requests of all types for processing and issuance of the corresponding documents
- Ensure the monitoring and updating of the legal register of holidays
- Take charge of the time management aspect
- establish employment plans and provisional budgets y effrent
- Prepare the monthly payroll elements
- Take charge of the merit-based advancement file
- Prepare reports and dashboards for the management's human resources
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic education: Bachelor's degree in humanities
- Additional training: Proficiency in computer skills, short-term HR training preferred
- Professional experience : 2-4 years
- Other requirements, skills, and abilities: availability, organizational skills, teamwork, and communication skills.
