The ideal candidate

  • A Bachelor s degree in Education or a relevant Humanities subject, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Proven experience teaching Humanities within the British Curriculum, with a minimum of 4 5 years in the classroom

  • Demonstrated leadership experience or readiness to step into a middle leadership role

  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching and driving academic achievement

  • A genuine passion for Humanities education and the ability to inspire both students and staff

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and team leadership skills

  • Adaptability, cultural awareness, and a deep commitment to contributing to all aspects of school life

Desired Candidate Profile
