We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Inclusion to lead our Inclusion Department. This full-time, permanent position will oversee inclusion strategies and support services throughout the whole school, ensuring every student has access to quality education tailored to their individual needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Education or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 5 years of experience in inclusion, special education, or learning support roles
- Strong knowledge of the USA curriculum and its application for inclusive education
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams or departments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and parents
- Ability to develop individualized learning plans and implement effective intervention strategies
- Familiarity with current best practices in inclusion and enrichment programs
