Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define, coordinate and implement professional methodologies within your scope, in accordance with management guidelines, through training and support for your team in their implementation.
To guide and support teams in technical choices in support of Project Managers.
Ensure the implementation of development logics validated with Project Pilots and the quality/maturity of designs produced by the team (approval of documents).
To ensure the accuracy of schedules and quotes in one's field.
To ensure the achievement of the QCDRS (Quality, Cost, Time, Risk, Safety) objectives carried out by its teams.
To propose Make or Buy recommendations within its scope.
responsible for the projected load/capacity/competence adjustment of its p le:
- Define, manage and share workload plans (book and forecast) with project teams in order to anticipate needs.
- Allocate the resources of one's department to the different projects.
- "Set up and manage fixed-price intellectual services for activities, either to buy or to adjust the required capacity."
Capitalize and develop professional expertise in order to increase the excellence of the department and anticipate the needs for materials and skills, in a logic of continuous improvement.
Assume hierarchical responsibility for your team by applying the company's leadership model:
- To provide coaching and support to his teams.
- Managing the skills and careers of its employees.
- Organize and lead professional meetings and internal communication at an appropriate frequency.
- Conduct development interviews and support the skills development of teams in line with matrix assessments.

Manage the administrative aspects of your department (validation of leave, authorizations for relocation).
Manage recruitment and mobility in collaboration with Human Resources and your hierarchy.
Contributing to innovation in the profession in collaboration with other disciplines.
Define and share with the teams the vision of the evolution of the profession.
Maintaining the profession at the highest level of state of the art (capitalization, knowledge management, training, methods and tools) in conjunction with the business managers of other entities.
Identify the investment needs necessary for the evolution of the profession.
Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of the resources made available to the teams.
Improve team efficiency by implementing continuous improvement processes and encouraging participatory innovation.
Identify the critical/strategic resources and skills necessary for the activity.
