Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Analyze the technical risks.
  • To manage and develop the activity of the Industry department (technical control, inspection, compliance)
  • Manage and supervise technical teams (engineers, inspectors)
  • Ensure that services comply with applicable standards (ISO, local regulations)
  • Participate in business development (responding to calls for tenders, customer relations)
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints
  • Implement continuous improvement actions

Desired Candidate Profile

Advanced degree in engineering (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent)

  • Proven experience (5 years or more) in a control office or similar industrial environment (lifting, machinery, pressure equipment, rail-mounted cranes or tower cranes)
  • Experience in non-destructive testing (dye penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, acoustic emission, cathodic protection)
  • Experience in managing technical teams
  • Good mastery of standards and references
  • Customer service orientation and results focus
