Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and update the information systems security policy and ensure its implementation
- Detect and analyze the risks associated with information systems security
- Recommend and implement strategies to mitigate risks
- To provide advice, assistance, information, training and alerts
- Ensure the implementation of solutions and operational processes to guarantee data protection and the level of security of information systems.
- Represent the organization in its relationships with stakeholders
- Contribute to projects related to the digitalization of the agency's processes and promote them within the agency.
- Contribute to the development of new technical solutions and information systems specific to the agency
- Participate in the development of technical proposals and quotes for outsourced projects related to information systems
- Ensure the operational maintenance of computer systems and networks (hardware & software)
- Gather requirements, develop specifications for the configuration and security aspects of IT systems, and ensure their implementation and maintenance.
- Manage user access and permissions
- Provide user support
- Ensure the implementation of information systems security requirements, in accordance with the relevant strategy.
- To ensure continuous monitoring and surveillance of the security of information systems under its responsibility
- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory provisions in the field of personal data processing in collaboration with the ANPDP
- Raising awareness and training staff on information system security and personal data protection
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holder of a State Engineering degree or Master 2 (bac + 5) in computer science with a specialization in information systems security
- Possess at least three (03) years of professional experience in the field of information systems security
- Excellent command of software development security, risk management, and asset security
- Proficiency in information systems design, web development tools, and database management systems (DBMS).
- Knowledge of networks and telecommunications
- Knowledge of Law 18-07 relating to the protection of personal data
- Analytical skills, rigor and methodical approach, and autonomy
- Good communication
- Sense of responsibility
- Excellent command of languages: Arabic and French, and proficiency in English is desirable.
