Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure marine operations are executed safely and in compliance with contract agreement, industry standards and best practices.

Liaise with Vessel Management Team (VMT) on the status, ongoing and planned activities, highlighting issues and recommending mitigations.

Contribute to T&I engineering on procedure development, constructability reviews and risk assessment.

Ensure communication and alignment across supporting departments for efficient offshore operations execution.

Participate in project execution planning to ensure delivery in accordance with Contract milestones.

Consolidate T&I deliverables review to assure compliance with Company specifications and standards.

Coordinate with offshore team for timely reporting of work performed to ensure that scope is completed as per Contract.

Facilitate readiness reviews to ensure timely vessels mobilization.

Report and follow up on incidents to ensure lessons learnt are accurately recorded and presented for future implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering

10 years of experience in offshore construction as methods and field engineer/CSR or similar role, on transportation and installation of fixed platforms including heavy lifting operations (alternatively, pipelines, subsea and floating facilities).

Including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

Good communication and interpersonal relationships, coordination and interfacing skills.
